This is a PDA adaptation of a checklist developed by Dr. Karl Stobbe and subsequently published in the Canadian Journal of Rural Medicine. It is very simple to use as a means of not missing subtle changes in c-spine trauma films at point of care, and is adapted with the permission of the author. Clinical judgement is still important in the decision to clear the c-spine by X-ray alone.
